Responsabilidade e carga psíquica na gestão de risco / Responsibility and psychic charge in risk management

Este trabalho visa analisar a responsabilidade e a carga psíquica na gestão de risco. Observa-se que historicamente risco e responsabilidade estão intrinsecamente associados. Discute-se a emergência e o desenvolvimento da responsabilidade na interação entre a dinâmica psíquica individual e o contexto ambiental. Reflete-se sobre a carga psíquica que a gestão de risco no gerenciamento da excelência exerce sobre o trabalhador. A amostra foi realizada nos setores de petróleo e gás, segurança pública do estado do Rio de Janeiro, investimentos e também na gestão de multidões e grandes eventos. Os dados, coletados em duas entrevistas abertas e oito entrevistas semiestruturadas, foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicaram que os gestores de risco de organizações contemporâneas possuem altos níveis de ansiedade mobilizada pela cobrança interna e externa para prevenir desastres em um futuro incerto. Sugere-se o desenvolvimento de mecanismos organizacionais que favoreçam a oxigenação da tensão que mobiliza esse profissional ao enfrentamento dos riscos ameaçadores do viver saudável.

This paper analyzes the issue of responsibility and psychic charge in risk management. It is observed that, historically, risk and responsibility are intrinsically linked. It is discussed the emergence and development of responsibility in the interaction between the individual psychic dynamics and the environmental context. It reflects on the psychic charge that risk management in the excellence management exercises over the worker. The research was taken in the sectors of oil and gas, public security of the State of Rio de Janeiro, investments and also in the management of crowds and major events. The data collected in two open interviews and eight semi-structured interviews underwent the content analysis. Results indicated that risk managers of contemporary organizations have high levels of anxiety mobilized by the charge to prevent internal and external disasters in an uncertain future. It is suggested the development of organizational mechanisms that promote oxygenation of this tension that mobilizes the professional to face the risks threatening the healthy life.

O trabalho de Eros e de Tanatos na regulação social / The work of Eros and Thanatos in the social regulation

Este estudo objetiva discutir o trabalho de Eros e de Tanatos no contexto de regulação social na qual a responsabilidade social organizacional é comumente associada a um sistema de gestão capaz de minimizar os efeitos negativos do capitalismo. O trabalho de campo indicou uma falácia entre o discurso e as práticas da responsabilidade. Utilizaram-se dados qualitativos de três organizações, classificados com base na lógica das representações sociais. Identificou-se a responsabilidade social organizacional a serviço de Eros, enquanto possibilidade para vencer a angústia de morte organizacional. Mas este modelo também é vulnerável ao trabalho de Tanatos. Internamente, junto aos trabalhadores, se a RSO não recebe investimentos para ser uma ferramenta eficaz de oxigenação do sistema organizacional torna-se ela mesma parte de sua necrose. Conclui-se que a percepção do trabalho de morte que se instala na dinâmica institucional pode favorecer seu enfrentamento e criar saídas para a necrose do tecido social do qual as organizações também fazem parte.

This study aims to discuss the work of Eros and Thanatos in the context of social regulation, where the organizational social responsibility is commonly identified as being a management system capable of minimizing the negative effects of capitalism. The fieldwork indicated a fallacy between discourse and practices of responsibility. Qualitative data from three organizations were used and categorized based on the logic of social representations. It has been identified that the organizational social responsibility is in the service of Eros, being a possible way to beat the anguish of organizational death. However, that model is vulnerable to the work of Thanatos. It has been concluded that the perception of the work of death that is noticeable in the institutional dynamics may favor its confrontation and also find ways out to the necrosis in the social tissue which work organizations are also part.

Responsabilidade social nas organizações de trabalho: benevolência ou culpa? / Social responsability on work organizations: benevolence or guilty?

A responsabilidade social das organizações compreende ações concretas expostas publicamente para anunciar uma nova postura dos dirigentes dos sistemas de produção frente às contradições e às tensões provocadas pelo capitalismo na sociedade. A partir dos conhecimentos da psicossociologia, nosso objetivo é refletir sobre a emergência desse tema para além do discurso positivista tradicional. Primeiramente analisaremos o assunto como parte da "nova ordem social" afirmada com a globalização. Nesse sentido, consideraremos a importância de observá-la em sua complexidade, compreendida, simultaneamente, enquanto ordem e desordem, racionalidade e subjetividade do sistema capitalista que a criou. Posteriormente, destacaremos a responsabilidade social nas organizações, reveladora da sua preocupação com a sustentabilidade social, mas também como meio de remissão da culpa pela destruição que o sistema produtivo impõe à imensa maioria da humanidade.

The social responsibility of organizations includes concrete actions publicly displayed to announce a new position of the controllers of the production systems facing the contradictions and tensions provoked by capitalism in society. From a psychosociology viewpoint, our objective is to think over the emergency of this subject beyond the traditional positivist discourse. Firstly, we will analyze the subject as part of a "new social order" affirmed with globalization. In this sense, we will consider the importance of understanding it in its complexity, as order and chaos simultaneously, rationality and subjectivity of the capitalist system that created it. Later, we will highlight the social responsibility in organizations, as a revelation of their concern about social sustainability, but also as a remission of guilt for the destruction that the productive system imposes to the immense majority of humanity.
